Brief Overview

This article explains how to change the WalkMe data centers from the default US server to the EU server.

Workstation operates in two WalkMe data centers: United States (US) which is the default, or Europe (EU) which requires a manual configuration applicable for local usage and mass deployment.

Change Workstation Data Center

1. Open Workstation settings file (ws_settinng.json) that is located on your machine.
2. Change the “env” parameter to “eu-prod“.
3. Change the “headlessGUID” to EU-based system guid.
   
4. Save the file.
5. Restart Workstation.
