I Can’t Add a Specific Sub-User to My Account

Issue:

I’m trying to add a sub-user to our main Editor account, but I’m receiving an error saying the user already exists.

Solution:

It’s possible that the user you are trying to add may have used their email to sign up for a WalkMe trial account at some point.

Please reach out to support@walkme.com so that they may deactivate the account currently associated with that email address. Afterwards, you’ll be able to add it to your main Editor account.
