When I test my Super Step, it won’t play! What am I doing wrong?

The most common reason a Super Step doesn’t work is because of the Rule If you set a Rule for a Super Step, it must read as True otherwise the step will not trigger. Try visiting the page you’d like the Walk-Thru to start from and check the Rule of your Jump to Step. If there is a red exclamation point next to the rule, it means it is evaluating as false and the Jump to Step will not play. Modify your rule until you see the green checkmark which means the Rule is now evaluating as true.

What if It’s Still Not Working?
If your Rule is true and your Super Steps are still not working, there may be another cause: Test that no other Jump to Steps are True. Make sure no other Jump to Step in your Walk-Thru will trigger at the same time. If two Super Steps have the same Rule, they may overlap and interfere with each other.
