Manage Your Account Settings

Brief Overview

Account Settings is your central hub in WalkMe Learning Arc for updating your personal profile, managing account administrators, and overseeing all workspace access.

Access

To open Account Settings:

  1. Select your profile avatar or workspace name in the top navigation bar
  2. Select Account settings

Account Settings opens on the Personal information tab by default.

Personal Information Tab

The Personal information tab contains two sections:

Personal information

  • Upload or update your profile photo
  • View or edit your display name and email address

Password & Security

  • View your current password status, including the date it was last changed
  • Select Change password to update your password

Account Tab

The Account tab displays organization-level information and allows account administrators to manage account managers.

Account information
This section displays read-only details about your account:

  • Account name — for example, walkme.com
  • Account ID — a unique numeric identifier for the account
  • Email domain — for example, @walkme.com
  • Created — the date the account was created

Account admin

The Account admin section displays a searchable table listing all current account managers, including their name and email address.

How to add an account admin

  1. Select + Add
  2. In the Add account admin modal, type a name, email address, or system group into the search field
  3. Select Invite

The invited user is granted account administrator access.

Workspace Tab

The Workspace tab lists all workspaces associated with your account. Each row displays:

  • Workspace name
  • Manager — the user responsible for the workspace

How to manage users in a workspace
To view and manage users in a specific workspace:

  1. Select the workspace name
  2. A side panel opens, displaying:
    • Total user count
    • Invite user button
    • Search field to find users
    • A table with each user's Name, Email, Role, and Status

How to delete a workspace
To delete a workspace:

  1. Locate the workspace in the Workspace tab
  2. Select the delete option
  3. Confirm the action in the confirmation modal

Note: You can't delete workspaces that contain users.
