Brief Overview

Your WalkMe Learning Arc free trial runs for 30 days. This article explains what happens when your trial ends and what options are available for your content.

When the Trial Ends

The trial itself is 30 days, per user — in a multi-user company account, different people can be on different clocks depending on when they joined.

• At day 30: you aren't locked out — you can still log in, and you'll see a "Your trial has ended" message with an option to upgrade
• Learners are unaffected throughout: a learner keeps access to every portal they were granted for as long as that portal exists, independent of the trial status of the account's contributors and admins
• Full deletion: content is deleted 30 days after the last remaining collaborator in the account reaches the end of their trial. As long as one author is still inside their window, your content is safe. After that window, content is permanently deleted and can't be recovered

Make sure to export your content before your trial expires.

Upgrading to Enterprise

If you start upgrade discussions with WalkMe Sales during or after your trial, you can ask your WalkMe representative to preserve your content within the 30-day window. Once your Enterprise plan is active, your content can be migrated to your new instance in a single click — no re-importing required.

You'll also see an Upgrade button in the product throughout your trial that links directly to plan options.
