Your WalkMe Learning Arc free trial runs for 60 days. This article explains what happens when your trial ends and what options are available for your content.

When the Trial Ends

On day 60, your account is suspended and you can no longer access the trial environment. Make sure to export your content before your trial expires.

Manage and Publish Learning Content

The 30-Day Content Preservation Window

After your trial expires, your content is preserved for 30 days. After this window closes, all content is permanently deleted and can't be recovered.

Upgrading to Enterprise

If you start upgrade discussions with WalkMe Sales during or after your trial, you can ask your WalkMe representative to preserve your content within the 30-day window. Once your Enterprise plan is active, your content can be migrated to your new instance in a single click — no re-importing required.
