Set up and manage IDP Integration in WalkMe — including adding an identity provider, assigning systems, configuring Enforce SSO, and importing user attributes for segmentation.
Set up SAML IDP Integration in WalkMe — including obtaining your X.509 certificate and SSO URL from your identity provider and configuring WalkMe as a SAML service provider.
If a customer is intending to switch IDP providers or has an expired IDP, they can connect a new IDP to the menu via the WalkMe Admin Center.
