Dieses Dokument beschreibt die Zugriffsanforderungen für WalkMe-Benutzer und Endnutzer. Alle folgenden Domänen sollten via HTTPS-Protokoll auf Port 443 erreichbar sein (diese Konfiguration wird in der Regel vom IT-Team in Ihrer Organisation verwaltet).
Über den WalkMe Player werden dem Endnutzer Ihre veröffentlichten WalkMe-Lösungen angezeigt. Die WalkMe Editor-Software und das WalkMe Insights-Webportal sind Module, in denen Sie Ihre WalkMe-Lösungen verwalten und die vor Ort gesammelten Daten sowie die WalkMe-Nutzung einsehen können.
Um WalkMe-Inhalte als Endbenutzer anzeigen zu können, müssen die folgenden Domänen zugänglich sein:

Wenn Sie Bedenken gegen den Zugriff Ihrer WalkMe Player-Endbenutzer auf die obigen Domänen haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren WalkMe-Vertreter.
Da die WalkMe Editor-Benutzer ihre Inhalte sowie die Vorschau ihrer Inhalte auch mit dem WalkMe Player ansehen, benötigen die Editor-Benutzer Zugriff auf die Domänen von beiden Listen, sowohl der obigen „WalkMe Player-Endbenutzer“-Liste als auch der folgenden Liste.
Für Benutzer des WalkMe Editors und des Insights-Portals sollten für das bestmögliche Erlebnis die folgenden Domänen zugänglich sein:

Bitte beachten Sie, dass der WalkMe Editor die Freigabe von Drittanbieter-Cookies auf Ihrem Browser erfordert.
