WalkMe Learning Arc's free trial gives you 60 days to build, publish, and distribute training content — no credit card required. This article walks you through signing up and completing the onboarding flow.

Before You Start

Make sure you're using a supported browser before signing up. For browser requirements, refer to the following article:

Access

To access WalkMe Learning Arc, navigate to:

• WalkMe Learning Arc

Sign Up

1. Go to the WalkMe Learning Arc sign-up page
2. Select one of the following options:
   1. Continue with Google
   2. Continue with Microsoft
   3. Sign up with email: Type your work email address and select Continue
3. If you signed up with email, check your inbox for a verification email from WalkMe Learning Arc

Complete the Onboarding Flow

Step 1: Area of work

Select the area that best describes your team or function. Options include:

• Accounting & Finance
• Consulting & Client Services
• Customer Support
• Engineering, Product & Design
• Human Resources
• IT
• Learning & Development
• Marketing
• Operations
• Project & Program Management
• Sales & Customer Success
• Other

Step 2: Your role

Select the option that best describes your role:

• Individual Contributor
• Director
• Team Manager
• Executive (C-Level, VP)

Step 3: Company size

Select the option that best describes your organization:

• 1–50
• 51–200
• 201–500
• 501–1,000
• 1,000+

Step 4: How you plan to use WalkMe Learning Arc

Select how you intend to use WalkMe Learning Arc:

• Just for me
• For my team
• For my entire company
• For my customers or partners

Step 5: Set up your workspace

1. In the Workspace name field, type a name for your workspace
2. To invite a team member now, type their email address in the Team member email field and select Invite
3. Select Done to finish setup and open your workspace

What to Expect After Setup

When setup is complete, your WalkMe Learning Arc workspace opens and you're ready to start building. From here you can:

• Create a course using AI authoring
• Record and simulate a workflow
• Set up your branded learner portal
• Invite your team to collaborate
