  • Description emphasizes trusted, approved answers
  • No playful or experimental language
  • No human-like persona or authority implication

3. AI Visual & Interaction Styling

  • Minimal, unobtrusive visual presentation
  • Styling consistent with DAP and application UI
  • Clear separation between question and response
  • Responses structured with answer first, detail second

4. AI Language & Response Standards

  • Business-first language
  • Uses standard process and task names
  • Avoids speculation or creativity
  • Approved phrasing patterns used consistently

5. AI Scope & Guardrails

  • In-scope and out-of-scope topics defined
  • Restricted to approved knowledge sources
  • No invention of new processes or workarounds
