Brief Overview

UnifyApps is WalkMe's secure licensed integration partner that manages how WalkMe connects to select external applications. Instead of connecting directly, WalkMe routes authentication, data access, and connection logic through UnifyApps. This creates a consistent, stable, and secure integration experience across different apps and environments.

WalkMe uses UnifyApps behind the scenes in the WalkMe Menu for Desktop, ActionBot, and the Integration Center for supported integrations.

How It Works

UnifyApps acts as a secure integration layer between WalkMe and select third-party applications. After a supported integration is enabled, WalkMe features access external data through UnifyApps as needed:

• Integration Center manages connection setup, authentication, and token lifecycle
• WalkMe Menu for Desktop retrieves data for widgets, tasks, and search results from connected applications
• ActionBot sends and retrieves information from external systems while credentials are validated and data is transferred securely
