Desktop and Mobile Menu – Cornerstone Integration

Last Updated August 30, 2026

Brief Overview

Cornerstone is a cloud-based learning and talent management platform that lets organizations deliver training, track course completions, and manage employee development across courses, events, and curriculums.

The Cornerstone integration surfaces a user's most urgent trainings directly in the WalkMe Menu for Desktop through the My Courses widget, and gives users a one-click shortcut into the relevant course, event, or curriculum inside Cornerstone.

How It Works

Capabilities

My Courses widget

View your overdue and upcoming trainings directly from the desktop menu. The widget surfaces a prioritized subset of your transcript across courses, events, and curriculums, sorted so the most urgent items appear first.

  • Select a training item to open it directly in Cornerstone

  • Each item shows one of three statuses:

    • Overdue: the due date has passed

    • Due soon: the item has an upcoming due date

    • Assigned: The item was assigned but without a due date

      • Items are sorted by priority: overdue first, then upcoming, then assigned

  • Select Show More to display additional trainings beyond the top three items shown
