As your Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) grows and evolves, you may find yourself juggling numerous feature requests, bug fixes, and improvement ideas. This is when implementing a structured backlog management process becomes crucial.
The benefits of backlog management for a scaling DAP strategy include: improved organization of development tasks, better alignment between user needs and product development, enhanced transparency for stakeholders, more efficient resource allocation, and clearer product roadmap and vision

As your process matures, your request procedure might become more comprehensive, beginning with an initial assessment of the issue and then directing it to different backlogs based on the most suitable solution, such as RPA, WalkMe, development effort, etc.
