Ce document couvre les exigences d'accès pour les utilisateurs WalkMe et les utilisateurs finaux, tous les domaines répertoriés ci-dessous doivent être accessibles via le protocole HTTPS sur le port 443 (cette configuration est généralement gérée par l'équipe informatique de votre organisation).
Le lecteur WalkMe permet aux utilisateurs finaux de visualiser vos solutions WalkMe publiées. Le logiciel Éditeur WalkMe et le portail Web WalkMe Insights sont des modules où vous pouvez gérer vos solutions WalkMe et afficher les données recueillies sur le site et l'utilisation de WalkMe.

Veuillez noter que l'Éditeur WalkMe exige la prise en compte des cookies tiers sur votre navigateur. Sinon, il générera constamment le message « Please wait for page to load » (Veuillez attendre le chargement de la page) ou « Reload the page if a long while has passed. » (Rechargez la page si elle prend beaucoup de temps à se charger) qui ne disparaîtra pas après avoir actualisé la page.
