Overview

WalkMe offers data centers based in the United States and in the European Union for different use cases. Not all WalkMe capabilities are available in the EU Data Center.

Below you can find a chart with many of the most used WalkMe items and their EU Data Center support status. For a full understanding of all of the differences, or if you have any questions, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or contact Support.

Data center location

The location of your account does not always correspond with your data center. If you are unsure where your data is being stored please consult your Customer Success Manager. Learn more about the data WalkMe collects.
