AI Conditions

Brief Overview

Enhance your user interactions with WalkMe's AI Conditions, seamlessly integrated into the Condition Builder. These powerful AI operators allow you to leverage sentiment and text analysis to create flexible and responsive conditions without needing exact wording. AI Conditions make it easy to set up dynamic responses that adapt to your users' input, ensuring a more intuitive and effective user experience.

Get to Know & Use

AI Conditions are AI operators that have been added to the Condition Builder. There are four available AI operators:

  • Sentiment is (AI)

  • Sentiment is not (AI)

  • Text is (AI)

  • Text is not (AI)

These operators work for text conditions, allowing users to describe a condition without exact wording. The AI uses these prompts to create general rules, processing text to determine if it meets the condition (True/False).

For example, you could use the “sentiment is (AI) operator” and write “inappropriate language.” If the end-user writes problematic language, WalkMe will identify the text or element containing that text using DeepUI. It will then send what the user wrote into WalkMe's AI engine along with the condition as a prompt. In return, WalkMe's AI engine will confirm if it's inappropriate and can trigger a launcher to appear.
