Form Mode – ActionBot Console

Brief Overview

ActionBot Form Mode simplifies the conversation view by displaying all the questions in a single form, which is useful for conversations that do not require splits in the Bot's conversation. In some cases, the form can make the user interaction much simpler and faster.

How It Works

  1. Create a conversation that includes a Message step, some Question steps all in a row, and an Action step
    • Supported question types: text, Boolean, number, regex, phone, email, date, choice
    • Supported Action types: Play SWT, Call Connection, Play Shuttle, Web Integration
  2. Click the Enable form mode toggle in the Conversation Settings

Form Mode Error

After enabling form mode, any additional steps you add after the final action step in your conversation will result in an error.

It's important to note that your conversation can only follow the sequence of message step, question steps, and action step, and cannot have any extra steps after this grouping.
