Learning reports in Insights offer you valuable insights into user engagement and learning progress on the WalkMe platform. They help you:
Track Engagement: Understand how users interact with your learning content
Measure Effectiveness: Analyze the success of your training programs through completion rates and feedback
Identify Gaps: Spot areas where users need more support
Optimize Content: Refine your learning materials based on data-driven insights
Inform Decisions: Gain actionable insights for strategic planning
This article contains information on the pre-built reports available to you and instructions on how to access them, enabling you to fully utilize these insights for improved Learning content outcomes.
Reports Gallery
Access the Reports Gallery page through the WalkMe Console under Insights > Reports > Reports Gallery.
The Report Gallery page displays a list of all the available reports in your account which you can export and subscribe to
There are two ways to locate Learning reports:
Search for a specific report in the search bar
Click the Learning filter under categories
Navigate to Exports & Subscriptions
Access the Exports & Subscriptions page through the WalkMe Console under Insights > Reports > Exports & Subscriptions.
The Exports & Subscriptions page is split into two tabs:
Generated reports: The Generated Reports tab is a list of reports exported from the Reports Gallery
Manage subscriptions: The Manage subscriptions tab provides users with a list of implemented subscriptions in their organization
