2. Measure Effectiveness: Analyze the success of your training programs through completion rates and feedback

3. Identify Gaps: Spot areas where users need more support

4. Optimize Content: Refine your learning materials based on data-driven insights

5. Inform Decisions: Gain actionable insights for strategic planning

Access Learning Reports

Reports Gallery

Access the Reports Gallery in the console:

1. Open the WalkMe Console:
   
   • US Data Center
   • EU Data Center
   • SAP US Data Center
   • SAP EU Data Center
   • FedRAMP Data Center
   • Canada Data Center
2. Select Insights, then Reports
3. Select Reports Gallery

To find Learning reports, search for a report name or select the Learning filter under categories.

To view exported reports and subscriptions:

1. Select Exports & Subscriptions instead of Reports Gallery in step 3
2. The Exports & Subscriptions page is split into two tabs:
   1. Generated reports: The Generated Reports tab is a list of reports exported from the Reports Gallery
   2. Manage subscriptions: The Manage subscriptions tab provides users with a list of implemented subscriptions in their organization
