Known Issues Page

Last Updated October 30, 2024

Brief Overview

The Known Issues page in the WalkMe World Community offers clear visibility into platform issues, and is where you can see the status of any known issues facing the WalkMe product. Instead of reaching out to support, you can use this page to find the most up to date information on known issues, including any available workarounds.

This complements the WalkMe Status page, which highlights server outages and other related issues. If you're experiencing service-level problems with your WalkMe technology, please visit the Status page for updates.

How It Works

If you encounter a problem with WalkMe, you can first check the Known Issues page to see if it is listed there. If your issue is not there, please reach out to WalkMe Support. Our support team will investigate and, if necessary, work with our development teams to determine if it's a widespread issue that should be posted on the Known Issues page.

What do known issue statuses mean?

  • Under Review: Our development teams are actively working to resolve the issue.
  • Closed: A solution has been implemented, or the issue will not be fixed due to low impact, competing priorities, or technical constraints.

How can I track a known issue?

If a known issue impacts you or your business, click the "Follow" button to track updates. You will be automatically subscribed to receive updates for that issue.

For any known issues you've reported, you'll receive email notifications on status changes.

When will WalkMe resolve a known issue?

The resolution time for known issues depends on various factors, including priority, number of reports, technical complexity, and release schedules. The time to resolve each issue may vary.

Why is my issue not on the Known Issues page?

Our teams determine what issues to upload to the Known Issues page based on several factors such as scope of the issue, number of impacted users, and other criteria. If you would like more specific information for your issue, please reach out to WalkMe Support.
