Learn how to engage your users in their language using WalkMe's Multi-Language feature.
The My Languages page helps you manage all languages in your WalkMe content, including adding, editing, or removing languages. It also supports machine translation to keep multilingual experiences consistent.
The Translations page lets you view, edit, and preview all language versions of your WalkMe content. It helps you keep translations accurate and up to date.
The Translation Services page allows you to submit translation requests and track projects, leveraging WalkMe’s integrations with vendors such as Lilt, XTM, and SMARTCAT.
Multi-Language export and import let you transfer WalkMe translation data to and from external tools, and support formats like XLIFF, XLIFF Strict, XLSX, and RESJSON to maintain content structure across workflows.
The Activities page logs all translation actions and lets you track their progress. You can also view job details and download reports.
The Integrations page in Multi-Language lists all translation vendors connected to an account, you can set up connections, manage authentication, and choose a default vendor.
WalkMe's translation integration allows you to manage your translations directly inside the product.
XLIFF files are generally seen as best for outsourcing translation and localization. See what an XLIFF XML file contains.
WalkMe uses ISO language codes to reduce manual effort and prevent inconsistencies. This update simplifies and standardizes language management.
