Why am I not able to access my Insights data going further back than a year?
Solution
In order to ensure that the dashboards load as efficiently as possible, the date range is limited to the past year.
- If you're interested in getting access to a larger timeframe, you can request data storage for three years by contacting your Customer Success Manager
