Translation Activities

Brief Overview

The Activities page, located in Multi-Language in the WalkMe Console, provides a log of all translation actions in your account, including exports, imports, and service requests. From here, you can review job details, track progress, and download reports.

Available actions:

  • View activity summaries: See recent translation jobs, file names, and timestamps
  • Open detailed reports: Review the file type, action status, and import or export results
  • Download reports: Access original translated files or job reports for auditing or troubleshooting

How it Works

Activities Page

  1. In the Activities page, review the summary of all translation actions
  2. Select an activity row to view detailed job information

3. A detailed report displays key information including ID, action type, status, file type, and log details:

  • Green: Files successfully imported
  • Yellow: Files partially imported
  • Red: Files failed to import
  • Download file: Download the original translated file
  • Download report: Download the job report
