Translation Services

Last Updated December 11, 2025

Brief Overview

The Translation Services page, located in Multi-Language in the WalkMe Console, lets you order translations and manage your current translation projects. Use this page to submit new requests through connected translation vendors and monitor ongoing projects in one place.

WalkMe partners with trusted translation platforms — including Lilt, XTM, and SMARTCAT — to streamline localization workflows directly from the Console.

Available actions:

  • View translation projects: See all active and completed translation requests
  • Order new translations: Submit content to connected providers directly from the Console
  • Track project status: Monitor progress and ensure translations are returned correctly

How it Works

The Translation Services page lists all translation orders created in your account. Each order shows key details to help you track progress and manage translation workflows.

  1. Click Order Translation to create a new translation request

2. Choose the specific content, language and source you want to translate

3. Select the languages you want your content to be translated into and click Continue

4. Your translation has been sent and takes a few minutes to be prepared

5. Review your translation order and click Send to approve

5. The order summary displays:

  • Vendor: The translation provider handling the order (for example, Lilt)
  • Order name: The name assigned to the translation order
  • Ordered by: The user who created the request
  • Order ID: The system-generated reference number for the order
  • Order date: The date the translation request was created
  • Order status: The current progress of the order
    • Draft
    • In progress
    • Pending payment
    • Completed

6. Hover over a job row for additional actions:

  • Contact the vendor directly
  • Go to Payment page for additional information
  • Resume an order
  • Delete an order
