How to Test a WalkMe Self-Hosted Deployment

How can I test whether my Self-Hosted deployment has been configured successfully.

Answer

Follow these steps:

1. Complete all steps from WalkMe Self Hosting.
2. Create a Test.txt file and place it in the WalkMe folder.
3. Copy the local domain path configured previously (refer to step #5 of WalkMe Self Hosting ) and access it on your browser to ensure it can be reached successfully from an end user machine.
   For example, http://www.example.com/WalkMe/Test.txt
4. After running the URL, If the content of the Test.txt file is visible then the configuration is correct.
