Unknown Launcher or SmartTip Appearing in the Environment

Issue

A launcher or SmartTip is appearing in the environment and you don't know which item it is or where to find it in the editor.

Press F12 to open Developer Tools, or right-click on the page and select Inspect
Select the launcher or SmartTip that shouldn't be appearing — in the console you'll see a class name like walkme-launcher-id-XXXXXX
Copy the ID (the numbers replacing the X's)
Search for the ID in the editor to find the item
Select the item and open the Options menu
Select Archive
