Brief Overview

The Mass Deployment Wizard lets you deploy the WalkMe extension to your users yourself, without help from WalkMe Support. It's the default tab on the Extension Installation page, alongside the All-in-One Installer (AIO).

The wizard keeps deployments consistent and lets you share the extension with IT or other stakeholders who don't have access to the WalkMe Console.

Access

Access the Extension Installation page in the console:

1. Open the WalkMe Console:
   
   • US Data Center
   • EU Data Center
   • SAP US Data Center
   • SAP EU Data Center
   • FedRAMP Data Center
   • Canada Data Center
2. Go to the Admin category
3. Select My Account
4. Choose Extension Installation

How It Works

Use the Extension Installation page to deploy the WalkMe extension to your users. We recommend the Mass Deployment Wizard, but the All-in-One Installer (AIO) is still available.
