Mobile in Console: Access Requirements

Last Updated June 14, 2026

Brief Overview

Before deploying WalkMe Mobile in your organization, your IT team must add WalkMe domains to your network allowlist. Requirements differ by use case — Power Mode (content creation) and end-user content delivery — and by data center: US, EU, US-SAP (us01), and EU-SAP (eu01). All domains require HTTPS on port 443.
