Brief Overview

The portal is the central hub where users can discover, access, and continue their learning journey. From here, learners can:

• Browse a library of learning content curated for their role, skill level, or interests
• Resume in-progress items with one click
• Explore new content powered by AI-based recommendations

Whether it's a microlearning or a full course, the portal displays all published learning content users are eligible to see—filtered through segment rules and permissions. Built-in search and filter tools help you quickly find content that matches your goals.

How It Works

Portal overview

Use these controls to move move around the portal:

1. Left navigation

The left navigation provides quick access to all learning areas within the portal. It includes:

• Home Page: Explore and resume learning content
• My Learning: View and manage in-progress, saved, and completed content

Home page

The Home page helps you discover and explore learning content that's relevant to your role, interests, and skill level. You can browse everything available to you, continue in-progress items, or explore recommendations.

Search

You can find content using one of two search options:

1. Standard search: Search by title, topic, or tags
2. Search with AI: Ask in natural language for intent-based results

Continue Learning

Shows all in-progress learning items so you can quickly resume where you left off. Each learning item in this section is shown as an interactive tile. Tiles include:

• Cover image: Visual thumbnail of the content (if available)
• Title: Name of the learning content
• Progress bar: Completion indicator
• Learning type: Type of content (course or microlearning)
• Estimated time: Approximate completion time
• Skill level: Difficulty level of the content

Action buttons:

• Continue: Opens the content at your last completed point
• Bookmark: Saves the item to the Saved Content section in My Learning
• Options menu: Select to remove the item from Continue Learning and restart it

Available Content

This section displays all the learning content you're eligible to access, based on your role, permissions, and segment rules.

Filters:

1. Content Type: Course, microlearning
2. Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
3. Duration: 5 min or less, 30 min or less, 1 hr or less, 2 hr or less

Each item appears as a tile showing:

• Cover image: Visual thumbnail of the content (if available)
• Title: Name of the learning content
• Progress bar: Completion indicator
• Learning type: Type of content (course or microlearning)
• Skill level: Difficulty level of the content

Action buttons:

• View Details: Opens a preview popup of the content
• Bookmark: Saves the item to the Saved Content section in your My Learning page

Content card

When a you open a tile, the content card displays detailed information about the selected item.

The card includes:

• Start button: Begin the learning content
• Bookmark: Save the item to Saved Content in My Learning
• Share: Copy a direct link to the content
• About: Overview of what the course covers and its objectives
• Content: List of included lessons or modules

My Learning

The My Learning page is your personal space to track progress and manage saved or completed learning. You can resume where you left off, revisit completed content, or return to items you've saved for later.

It includes 3 main tabs:

1. Continue Learning
2. Saved Content
3. Completed

Continue Learning

This tab shows all your in-progress learning items so you can quickly resume where you left off.

Saved Content

This tab displays all items you've bookmarked to revisit later.

Tile details:

Each item appears as an interactive tile. Tiles include:

• Cover image: A visual thumbnail of the learning content (if available)

• Title: Name of the learning content

• Learning type: Type of learning content

• Estimated time: Approximate time to complete

• Skill level: Difficulty level of the content

• Action buttons:

  • View Details: Opens a preview popup of the content

  • Bookmark: Click the bookmark icon again to unsave the content

Completed

This tab shows all learning content you've completed.

Tile details

Each completed item is shown as a tile with the following:

• Cover image: A visual thumbnail of the learning content (if available)

• Title: Name of the completed content

• Learning type: Type of learning content

• Estimated time: Approximate time to complete

• Skill level: Difficulty level of the content

• Completed on: The date the item was marked as completed

Action button:

• Review: Opens the content again for review, without resetting your progress

Header

The Header provides quick access to global settings and user preferences.

It includes:

• Logo
• Language selection
• User account

Logo

Displays the organization's logo in the top-left corner of the portal.

Language selection

1. Select the Language icon in the top-right corner to change the portal language

User account

1. Select the Profile icon to open your account menu, which displays:
   1. Your full name: As registered in your learning account
   2. Your email address: Used for login and track learning progress
   3. Sign Out: Logs you out of the portal
