Question

I received a message that my site is a Single Page Application.
“This is a single-page application. Please contact support@walkme.com to enable the Single Page Application feature on your account.” What do I do?

Answer

WalkMe works by identifying when a page refreshes. If your site is a Single Page application, it means that the site does not use traditional page refreshes to transition from page to page. Enabling the SPA feature often resolves issues where steps will not play, or any other WalkMe App based on an element does not appear.

To resolve this issue, contact the support team to enable the SPA feature. This will allow WalkMe to play steps normally on the page. No further action is required.
