Brief Overview

If WalkMe detects that your site is a single page application (SPA), you may need to enable a setting for WalkMe to work correctly on your platform.

Issue

WalkMe works by detecting when a page refreshes. SPAs don't use traditional page refreshes to move between pages, which can cause WalkMe content not to appear or steps not to play.

Solution

Contact WalkMe Support to enable the SPA feature for your account or get guidance on additional steps. Enabling the SPA feature typically resolves issues where WalkMe content doesn't appear or steps won't play.
