Console Help Menu

Brief Overview

The help menu in the WalkMe Console provides a centralized source for all support resources, including contextualized articles and DAI courses, direct support channels, and more. It allows for easy access to help resources and knowledge without interrupting the flow of work, as it can be opened on whatever page the user is on, and will have content directly related to that page.

Includes

  • Conversational search

  • Contextualized KB articles and DAI courses

  • Quick access to the Community, Support, Help Center, Product updates

  • Ability to contact support and report issues

Access

Click the Help Meny icon in the console header to open the menu.

Get to Know & Use

Help menu components

Users with AI Access

For users with with AI Answers access, enter anything in the search to open a convenient chat-interface that allows you to ask questions and access the information you need quickly, without having to manually search through documentation. The AI Chat response provides links to knowledge sources and clickable follow-up questions.

Find helpful support resources by using the search bar.

Relevant Articles

View the three most relevant articles according to the page you're on in the console.

For example, on the ActionBot conversations page, you will see the three most relevant articles related to conversations.

  • Click an article to view it in a new tab

  • Click the Go to Help Center button for a direct link to the WalkMe Help Center

Report an Issue

Recreate an issue you wish to report with our screen and log recorder. The recording will be received by the WalkMe support team, and with the live information, they can better troubleshoot the issue.

  • Click the Report an Issue button to report an issue to WalkMe

Issue Recorder

Contact Support

Open support tickets with a direct link to the customer ticket portal. Customers can see the status of each open case in our system, read messages in the thread, and reply to the case directly from the portal.

  • Click the Contact Support button to open the support portal

Product Updates

Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates by visiting our release notes page in the WalkMe Help Center .

  • Click the Product Updates button to view product updates

Get quick access to the WalkMe Community, a platform for users to connect, collaborate, and share insights related to the WalkMe technology.

  • Click the WalkMe Community button to open the community site

Courses

Improve your knowledge of WalkMe by taking our DAI courses and obtaining certification. Based on the page you are currently viewing, we will display the most relevant DAI courses.

  • Click a course to open it in a new tab

  • Click the Go to Digital Adoption Institute button for a direct link to the DAI site
