Engagement Analytics
Brief Overview
WalkMe Engagement Analytics is the default data collection level in WalkMe Insights. It automatically captures data about how users interact with WalkMe content to help you measure adoption and engagement across your implementation.
With Engagement Analytics, WalkMe sends all WalkMe-related events (also called WalkMe Events) to the WalkMe servers. These events serve as the main data source for the Apps pages in Insights.
By default, every WalkMe Insights account includes unlimited Engagement Analytics data. Data from Engagement Analytics and Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) remains accessible in Insights for one year.
