Brief Overview

Funnel are pre-defined sequences of events that a user progresses through on your website. Funnels are made up of individual Tracked Events arranged in a specific order. They help you understand user behavior by measuring conversions on specific actions and identifying drop-off points in a process or flow.

This article goes over how to create a Funnel in Classic Insights.

Creating a Funnel

1. Sign into your Insights Classic account at insights.walkme.com
2. Select the system you want to create a funnel for from the Monitored Systems widget
3. Click the Funnels tab on Insights' left sidebar
4. Click the + NEW FUNNEL button
5. A panel will pop in from the right enabling you to set up your Funnel
   
6. Enter a name for your Funnel
7. Select events to create two steps or more
   • A Funnel must be built from at least two steps
   • You must have Tracked Events defined or Custom Events available. Learn how to create Tracked Events here.
8. Click SAVE
9. Done!
