Access

Click the Profile text in the user account dropdown in the WalkMe console to open the user profile page

How It Works

Overview tab

The overview tab allows you to update your personal and professional information, ensuring your profile and account details are accurate and relevant.

It includes sections for:

• Profile Details

• Role and Position

• Account Permissions

Profile details

Enter your personal information in this section.

1. Optional: Click Update picture under the profile photo on the left side to update your picture
   1. Click Upload or drag and drop your image
   2. Optional: Use the slider to adjust the size of your profile picture to make sure it's properly centered and framed

1. Enter your first name
2. Enter your last name

3. Optional: Enter your mobile phone number

4. Optional: Enter an additional phone number

5. Optional: Select your Country/Region

6. Select your time zone

7. Select your language

8. Click the Save button at the top of the page
