Resetting Your WalkMe Password

Brief Overview

If you've forgotten your WalkMe password or need to update your login credentials, you can reset it directly from the WalkMe sign-in page. The process takes just a few minutes and works for all data centers.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Open the WalkMe sign-in page for your data center:
  2. Type your email address and select Next
  3. Select Forgot password?
  4. Confirm your email address is correct and select Send email verification
  5. Go to your inbox and open the email from no-reply@walkme.com with the subject line "Account password reset"
  6. Select Reset Password — the link is valid for 8 hours
  7. Type a new password and select Reset Password
  8. Log in with your new credentials
