Note: Your Editor credentials are also used to log into the WalkMe Support website.
To reset your WalkMe Editor password, follow these steps:
- Open the WalkMe Editor. If you’re logged in, then log out before proceeding.
- Click on “Forgot Password:
- Enter your WalkMe account email address and complete the captcha task:
- Click “Submit.”
That’s it! Your password is now reset.
