How do I reset my support website login credentials?
Your Support Website credentials are the same as your WalkMe Editor credentials. In order to reset your Support Website password, you must reset your Editor password.
To reset your WalkMe Editor password, follow these steps:
- Open the WalkMe Editor and make sure to log out of your account if you are not already
- Click on “Login to WalkMe” in the Editor
- Click on “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your email address and click “Send Reset Link”
- You should receive an email containing a link to reset your password – Click on this link
- On the Reset Password screen, enter your new password twice and click “Reset”
