Your Support Website credentials are the same as your WalkMe Editor credentials. In order to reset your Support Website password, you must reset your Editor password.
To reset your WalkMe Editor password, follow these steps:
- Open the WalkMe Editor. If you’re logged in, then log out before proceeding.
- Click on “Forgot Password:
- Enter your WalkMe account email address and complete the captcha task:
- Click Submit.
- You should receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Click the link.
- On the Reset Password screen, enter your new password twice and click Reset.
