Segmentation

Segmentation allows you to make WalkMe content visible only to specific users, user types, or pages on your website. For example, you can use segmentation on a Launcher or a Smart Walk-Thru to determine who will see these items, on which pages, and even at what time or date.

Auto Play

Auto Play allows you to play a Smart Walk-Thru without any user action. You can create rules that define when and where the Smart Walk-Thru will play automatically, as well as how frequently it will be shown.
