Brief Overview
The systems page serves as a central hub for each account and its connected systems, giving streamlined management and single-login access to all associated systems. Administrators can create and configure systems within each account. Every system is equipped with a unique JavaScript snippet that facilitates the deployment and distribution of its content.
You can manage existing systems, specifying environments where WalkMe should be active, configuring URLs for WalkMe loading, and assigning user access to particular systems.
Access
To access the Systems page in the Admin Center:

Systems Page Overview
The Systems page shows information about all your systems:
- Name: The name of the system
- Platform: Web, mobile or desktop/mobile
- System usage: Internal or external
- System purpose
- Environment: Production, test (created by default), or custom environment
- Users: The number of users assigned to the system
- Date created: The date the system was created
- Type
- Limited: Up to three items
- Unlimited: Paid system — build as many items as needed
- Deployables: The WalkMe content created in the system
Select Manage columns to add or remove columns.

System search
Use the search bar to find systems by:
- System name: The name of the system
- URL: Type a URL to find systems configured to load on it

Search example
To locate the system with the configurations below, you can search for “www.cloud.infor.com” or “https://www.inforcloudsuite.com/mysite”.

Change or delete a system
To change the system type, add a mobile web system, or delete a system, open the Options menu:

When you change a system type, systems with applied settings can't be converted. If your system has existing content, some items attached to certain elements may not work correctly on the new system type.
