Brief Overview

The Connect to Step option is only available when a split step does not reconnect back into the main flow. It is used to redirect a split branch back into the original flow at a later step.

Example of when Connect to Step is available

Solution

To branch your Smart Walk-Thru into a later part of the flow based on specific conditions:

  1. Create a Split step
  2. Delete the branch you want to redirect
  3. Add a Connect to Step to point the flow forward
Note

Connect to Step can only link forward to steps ahead of the current one — you cannot link back to a previous step. To create a loop, use an error handling group instead.
