We're excited to introduce WalkMe Stories, a brand new Console app designed to help customers document their workflows and collaborate on their related DAP projects. WalkMe Stories lets you record any web session and automatically transforms your actions into annotatable step-by-step guides called Stories, enhancing collaboration and documentation.
Seamlessly integrated with our Digital Adoption Platform, it allows any user, regardless of their DAP skill level to:
- Effortlessly record web sessions across any application to document standard operating procedures, scope and discuss new DAP projects, or share existing builds.
- Automatically convert any on-screen actions taken into interactive, step-by-step guides
- Export stories in multiple formats (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, SCORM, MP4, HTML, Markdown)

- The “Preview slides” feature (formerly known as WalkMe Share) is now consolidated into the recently released Content Manager, enabling DAP professionals to manage, preview, and collaborate on their builds seamlessly where they're already managing their DAP content, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
- Shadow AI. For WalkMe Discovery customers, it is now even easier to set guardrails on the use of AI within your organization. You can access predefined Shadow AI solutions in the Workflows app to go live quickly. It's that simple.
