How do I reset my WalkMe login credentials?

Solution

To reset your WalkMe account password, follow these steps:

1. Open the WalkMe sign in page
   • US data center: https://auth.walkme.com/
   • EU data center: https://eu-auth.walkme.com/
2. Enter your email address
3. Click Next
4. Click Forgot password?
5. Confirm that correct email address is entered
6. Click Send email verification
7. Go to your mailbox and open the verification email
   • Email sender: no-reply@walkme.com
   • Email title: Account password reset
8. Click the Reset Password button
   The reset password link will only be valid for 8 hours.
9. Enter a new password for your account
10. Click Reset Password
11. Sign in with your new credentials 😃
