Brief Overview

The WalkMe widget and menu can be segmented to appear only on specific pages or for specific groups of users, using the same rule engine options available for other WalkMe content.

How to Apply Segmentation to the Widget

  1. Open the Settings in the editor
  2. Select Customize content style
  3. Go to the Customize Player tab
  4. Select Set Rules — or Update Rules if rules are already applied
  5. Create your segmentation rules
  6. Select Save
  7. Publish settings to each environment where the segmentation should apply
