How to Segment the WalkMe Widget

Issue

How can I get the WalkMe Widget and Menu to appear only on specific pages or to a specific group of users?

Like other WalkMe content, the widget and menu can be segmented based on the options available in the rule engine.

Rule Engine

To apply segmentation to your widget, follow these steps:

Open the Settings menu in the editor
Click Customize content style
In the Customize Player tab, go to Settings
Next to Display Conditions, click Set Rules (or Update Rules if segmentation rules are already applied)
Create your segmentation rules
Click Save
Publish settings in each environment where you'd like the segmentation to go into effect
