The WalkMe Editor is used to create Smart Walk-Thrus and other engagement items.

WalkMe Console

To access the WalkMe Console, the following browser versions serve as the baseline for full functionality:

• Google Chrome: 128 or later
• Edge Chromium: 129 or later
• Firefox: 135 or later
• Safari: 18 or later

Browser exceptions

The following apps are restricted to specific browsers and do not support the full baseline listed above. While they may load in other browsers, they are not officially supported.

Mobile web

Users can access WalkMe content on smartphones and tablets. For the best experience, use Chrome or Safari.

• Not supported: Firefox (v57+) and Edge Legacy (non-Chromium)

WalkMe Menu (desktop)

• Fully supported on macOS and Windows.
