Editor ActionBot

ActionBot in the editor will reach End of Life (EOL). To continue building and managing ActionBots, use the console. Learn more

Internet Explorer (IE) and IE mode

Support for Internet Explorer and IE mode in Edge will reach EOL in the Q1 2026 release, aligning with  Microsoft's IE11 deprecation. To maintain service and improve the user experience switch to a supported browser such as Google Chrome, Edge Chromium or Firefox and connect to a supported browser extension in your Editor preferences. Insights Classic

Insights Classic will reach EOL. Insights in the WalkMe Console will replace its main functionalities.

EOL feature: Session Stream, Custom Event filtering, Session filters and Session Mode, Recommended Reports, Quadrant Event Visualization View, and Page-Specific Reports (for example, SWT Play Logs). Learn more

Editor versions lower than 5.0.0 

After December 31, 2025, editor versions below 5.0.0 will no longer be supported (EOS).
Upgrade now to avoid build disruptions, access the latest features and security updates, and ensure you're using the most stable editor version. Learn more

Note: For Canada and FedRamp environments the end of support is scheduled for spring release, May 2026.

Grid view 

Grid view in the editor will reach the End of Life (EOL) and won't be longer available. Use Content Manager in the console for a more powerful and streamlined way to organize your content. Learn more

Desk.com search integration

The Desk.com search integration in the menu has reached End of Life (EOL) and is no longer available. Search functionality will continue to work with your WalkMe content and any other configured search provider. Learn more

Multi-language import/export API 

The multi-language import/export API V1 will reach EOL. The enhanced import/export API V2 will replace it's functionalities. It is highly recommended to switch to ensure uninterrupted service and to take advantage of the new capabilities offered by API V2. For guidance on transitioning, see API V2 documentation. Learn more

Insights Classic Reports

Report creation moves from Insights Classic to WalkMe Console. Existing reports, subscriptions, and 3rd party integrations will automatically transfer to the Console with no action needed. Learn more

Legacy SSO

Legacy SSO will reach EOL. Moving forward, all single sign-on configurations will be seamlessly managed from the dedicated page in the Admin Center. Learn more 

Analytics backoffice 

The legacy analytics backoffice that held the self-hosting package downloader will reach EOL. All settings are now available in the Admin Center. Learn more

WalkMe Share 

WalkMe Share will reach EOL. Preview slides in the console will replace it's main functionalities. Learn more

Editor Solutions Gallery

The Solutions Gallery in the editor will reach EOL. The Solutions Gallery in the console will replace it's main functionalities. Learn more

Editor grid view 

Grid view in the editor will reach EOS. The Content Manager in the console will replace it's main functionalities. Learn more

Editor versions 4.15.9 and lower

WalkMe Editor versions 4.15.9 and lower will reach EOL. It's highly recommended to switch to the newest version.

Legacy SSO

WalkMe Legacy SSO will reach EOS. SSO can be managed from the Single Sign-On page in the Admin Center. Learn more

Legacy Editor UI 

The legacy editor UI will reach EOL. All users will be migrated to the new editor design.

Mobile iOS SDK minimum deployment changes

Following Apple guidelines, WalkMe Mobile iOS SDK minimum deployment target is changing from iOS8 to iOS11. This will have no impact on end-users that already have WalkMe installed. However, upgrading to WalkMe's newest iOS version will require iOS's minimum deployment target 11.0+. Learn more
