Mobile iOS SDK minimum deployment changes

Following Apple guidelines, WalkMe Mobile iOS SDK minimum deployment target is changing from iOS8 to iOS11. There is no impact on end-users that already have WalkMe installed. Upgrading to WalkMe's newest iOS version will require iOS's minimum deployment target 11.0+. View release note
