Brief Overview

WalkMe supports multiple data centers to meet different needs, but not every capability is available in every location.

Use the chart below to see which commonly used WalkMe items are supported by each data center.
For a complete breakdown—or if you're unsure what applies to you—reach out to your Customer Success Manager or contact Support.

Data center location

The location of your account does not always correspond with your data center. If you are unsure where your data is being stored please consult with your Customer Success Manager. Learn more about the data WalkMe collects.
